Please see below group and party reservations information. Please note a few in house policies and information:
**BAR SERVICES
Beverages may be purchased directly from bartenders at main bar. As servers won't be able to keep up with table drink service and people moving around.
No outside beverages, drinks, water bottles are allowed in as per LGCA license rules.
**FOOD PRE-ORDERS
For group events and parties, food should be pre-orderes at minimum 1.5 weeks before the event. The reason we ask for orders is so that we can prepare and food on a timely basis while still cooking for the the rest of the restaurant.
**DECOR
In terms of decor, we don't allow any outside decor to be brought in.
Free Standing balloon set ups or free standing backdrops are allowed but must be removed that day. Balloons also may not contain confetti or sparkles in them.
Please also no confetti, no balloons with confetti inside, no sparkles/glitter/fine table decor. Nothing that is going to stick to tables/chairs/couches that will require extra cleaning.
Please no banners or tape/tacs or anything fasted to the walls or furniture.
Please no live fire or live fire candles. Birthday cake is an exception.
**CAKES AND DESSERT
For birthday cake service, you're welcome to bring in disposable plates and Forks at no cost. We can also provide you with side plates and forks for up to 15 guests, but please let us know well before the event starts.
**GRATUITIES
Any groups over 8 people are charged 18% gratuity on their bills whether one person is paying or everyone is paying for themselves. This helps ensure the extra staff coming in get to leave with tips that night as well. Please let your guests know.
**MUSIC & ENTERTAINMENT
As our background music is on a preset Playlist, we are unable to be your DJ. If you'd like to bring a DJ in, please make sure they are licensed and have their own equipment. If you would like to book a DJ or Karaoke with us please let us know ASAP!
If you require audio/visual/microphone/speakers for your booking please let us know upon receiving this message. We can always try to accomodate and book in these services.
**PRIZES, DRAWS, AUCTIONS, ETC.
All raffles/draws/prizes must be discussed before the event to ensure they meet LGCA guidelines. If you want to do prizes or giveaways they must not be "pay to play", unless formally discussing with us - as don't want to get into LGCA issues.
**MINORS & ID REQUIREMENTS
Please ensure all guests who are consuming alcohol have government issued photo ID as per LGCA Guidelines.
Please note for special events, minors are allowed until 9pm. Please note if you are bringing minors that we are more of an adult lounge style atmosphere and we do expect parents/guardians to ensure kids are being respectful of that. Please take note that anyone under 18 is not allowed to consume alcohol on the premises.
